Using the service
These terms apply to Dealer Operations Benchmark. By creating or updating a store and accepting these terms, you agree to use the service for lawful business research and confirm you are authorized to manage that store. Keep account credentials private. Email registration does not independently verify dealership ownership.
Sources and your responsibilities
The service manages website screening, source configuration, and collection. Customers are not required to contact competitors, approve their websites, configure scrapers, or upload competitor inventory. Automated screening checks published access conditions; it is not legal clearance. Sources with detected restrictions or uncertain conditions are handled by the service operator and may remain unavailable. Public availability alone does not establish permission. Do not use the service to bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, blocks, paywalls, or other restrictions, or to collect personal customer records.
Only upload inventory facts you are entitled to use. The CSV price field means an advertised asking price, not a confidential transaction price, cost, margin, or future price plan. Do not upload customer, finance, employee, or other sensitive personal information. You retain your rights in uploaded data and permit us to process it to operate your private workspace.
Observations and estimates
Asking prices are observations of advertisements. A disappearance is not proof of a retail sale: transfer, auction, wholesale, withdrawal, or a source change may explain it. Sales, sale dates, turnover, and selling prices are estimates. A modeled price is a user-selected discount from the last asking price; it is not a verified transaction price, an appraisal, or a statistically validated confidence interval. Verify information independently before relying on it.
Coverage depends on the source and permitted access. We may pause or discontinue collection for access, quality, rights, or operational reasons. Past estimates can change when vehicles reappear. No complete-market coverage, accuracy level, sales result, or uninterrupted source availability is promised. AI-generated market interpretation is planned and is not currently provided.
Independent pricing and private information
Make pricing and inventory decisions independently. Do not use this service to agree on prices, discounts, output, territories, or other competitive conduct with another dealer. Do not submit confidential competitor information or use reports to facilitate coordination. We do not combine private subscriber transaction records, margins, or future pricing plans into a shared pricing recommendation.
Reports, exports, and third-party content
Keep estimate labels, dates, source references, and assumption disclosures with exported or redistributed findings. Do not present estimates as confirmed transactions or imply endorsement by a dealer, manufacturer, or website provider. Third-party names and source links identify sources; they do not indicate affiliation. Dealer photos and original descriptions are not licensed to you by this service.
Packages and payment
Current package prices are monthly USD per store. Online payment is not connected. A package request does not activate a paid subscription or authorize a charge. The optional Growth preview lasts 14 days without a payment method or automatic renewal. Collection capacity is a limit, not a guarantee that that many permitted, supported sources will be available. Any future paid checkout must disclose its price, renewal, and cancellation terms separately.
Free costs $0/month, includes 5 tracked competitors within 25 miles, and has no scheduled expiry or card requirement. Existing early-access allowances are preserved. Premium coupon codes grant complimentary access to the named package for the stated duration, beginning at redemption. Each code is usable once per account, subject to its deadline and usage limit. Access periods do not stack. Temporary access expires automatically; saved history remains. A disabled code cannot be newly redeemed, and the operator can revoke a grant for misuse or a correction. Coupons do not authorize a payment or automatic renewal and do not guarantee source coverage.
30-day money-back guarantee
Your store’s first paid month is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund of that first month within 30 days of your first paid-package payment. The period starts when you pay, not when you create a free account. Later renewals are outside this offer. Free and coupon-only access has no payment to refund. Use the refund request form with your account email, store name, payment date, and payment reference. We verify the payment and arrange a refund to the original payment method; submission is not an instant refund. A reason is optional. See the guarantee page for details. This does not limit any refund rights provided by applicable law.
Account and source concerns
We may suspend misuse or a disputed source while reviewing it. Use Requests & corrections to contact the service operator about access, correction, privacy, or account closure. Requests require review and, where appropriate, identity or authority verification. Submission is not a decision or confirmation that collection has stopped.
Changes
The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be presented for acceptance when you next create or update your store. These terms do not waive rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. The Privacy notice and Collection policy explain current practices.
