Privacy notice

What the application collects, why it needs it, and how to request review.

Account and store information

We process your sign-in identifier, name, email, store website, business address, market settings, package preferences, and account activity to provide your workspace. Email login stores a password hash and session records, including timestamps and available IP address and browser information; it does not store a readable password. ChatGPT sign-in uses the identity supplied by that provider. Necessary session cookies support sign-in, security, and account access. Email sessions last up to seven days unless renewed or revoked.

Inventory research

The collector extracts public vehicle identifiers, specifications, mileage, advertised asking prices, listing URLs, availability markers, and observation dates. New saved evidence is restricted to those factual fields. It does not save dealer photos, original descriptions, customer details, or raw page content as evidence. Source pages are processed in memory to extract facts. Historical evidence is minimized to factual observations; source links and collection records preserve provenance.

Your uploaded inventory snapshots and store settings remain account scoped. We do not sell private account data or pool private subscriber transaction prices, margins, or future pricing plans for competitor recommendations. Public dealer inventory facts may be independently collected for more than one store.

Coupon records retain a hash and the last four characters of each code, campaign details, and account-scoped redemption and access dates. The application owner can manage coupon use and see the store name associated with a redemption. Full codes are shown once when created and are not stored in readable form.

Service providers

The application runs on Sites/OpenAI hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare Workers and D1. They process information needed for hosting, storage, security, and authentication. Address discovery sends business address information to the US Census geocoder and geographic queries to Photon/OpenStreetMap services. Dealer websites receive the collector’s requests, identified by its user agent. Information is also disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect the service.

Requests and operational records

A correction, source objection, privacy, or refund request stores the email, optional or required website, message, request reference, submission date, and review status you submit. Refund requests may include your store name, payment date, and invoice or payment reference so we can verify the payment and handle the guarantee. A daily digest of available IP address and email supports abuse limits. Do not include passwords, card or bank details, identification documents, customer records, or confidential deal information. This form saves a request for manual review; it does not send a confirmation email or automatically change a source.

Access and retention

Workspace data is accessible to the account that owns the store. Authorized service operators and infrastructure providers may access records for support, operations, security, or legal obligations. Inventory history is retained to support comparisons over time. Account, source-review, and request records remain while needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. There is no automatic account-deletion or fixed inventory-expiry feature currently.

You can update your store and pause sources in the dashboard. To request access, correction, account closure, or deletion, use the privacy request form. We review identity and authority before releasing or deleting private data. Applicable rights and lawful retention requirements govern the response; this notice does not limit statutory rights. Backup and infrastructure retention may differ from the active application database.
