What’s covered

The full amount paid for your store’s first month of a paid package.

When it starts

On the date of your first paid-package payment, not the day you create your free account. Submit your request within 30 days of that payment.

How to request it

Use our refund request form. Include your account email, store name, payment date, and invoice or payment reference. No card details are needed. A reason is optional.

What happens next

We verify the payment and arrange the refund to the original payment method. Requests are handled manually; submitting the form does not issue an instant refund. Your submission date records when you asked.

Free and coupon access

There’s nothing to refund when you haven’t paid. Creating a free account, redeeming a coupon, or requesting a paid package does not authorize a charge. The guarantee covers the first paid month; later renewals are outside this 30-day offer.

Paid packages are currently arranged by request. Online payments are not connected yet. Any paid offer will state its price and renewal terms before you pay.
